Personal Background:
The short story is this... I have had a passion for art and games for as long as i can remember... I got my first taste of a 3d app with Cinema 4D when I was 16 and that broke open all doors. Shortly after I graduated High School I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2004 from Long Island, NY to attend art school and further my education in Game Art and Design. Now, being graduated and employed, I call Phoenix home.
I have worked on a 3 month student game project called Shanke. My role in the development of Shanke was with 3D Art / UI Designer. Shanke was used by The Art Institutes to promote their Game Art & Design program locally and nationally at events such as SIGGRAPH and Comic-Con.
Most recently I have been working in the game industry as an artist at 2XL Games Inc. working on Baja: Edge of Control for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. I have gotten to work on a whole slew of things at 2XL including World Object Creation, Physics Set-Up, Outsource Preparation and Cleanup, Generate Shaders, and Vehicle Art.
Ever learning and evolving, I believe as an artist I can’t ever be satisfied, and with that being said it is what drives me in the pursuit of success in my different ventures.
